Details of Construction Materials and Fixtures/Fittings
1.1 Building Finishes:
All finishes will follow approved design standards. Main walls, ceilings, and electrical conduits will be properly installed with marble/granite flooring. Cement plaster with sand finish/quality finish will be applied. City gate-quality paints will be used, and premium sanitary fittings will be installed.
1.2 Building Lift:
For residential or office towers, 8-passenger capacity lifts will be available. Each flat will have direct lift access.
1.3 Lighting:
Each floor will have modern quality lighting (tube lights, bulbs) and electric fittings. 8-passenger capacity lifts will be properly illuminated.
1.4 Lift Lobby & Staircase:
Each floor will have a well-designed, well-lit lift lobby. Lift lobby walls will be decorated with tiles, and all lift machine rooms will be tiled (12” x 16”). Staircases will be finished with tiles/mosaic/non-slip/anti-skid/granite/stone. Stair railings will be of standard quality. Each flat will have a dedicated electric meter.
1.5 Apartment Layout:
Each apartment will have a modern layout with proper ventilation and lighting. As per design, each unit will include 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, drawing, dining, kitchen, balconies, and high-quality paint finishes.
1.6 Apartment Wiring:
All apartments will be equipped with proper electrical wiring, intercom, and internet connections.
1.7 Generator:
A high-quality generator will be installed to provide backup power for lifts, water pumps, lighting, and essential apartment use (1 fan, 1 light in each flat, and staircase lighting).
1.8 Water Pump:
There will be one overhead tank, one underground tank, and two water pumps (bore, overhead/ground/lift) to ensure sufficient water supply.
1.9 Firefighting:
Standard firefighting systems will be installed for safety.
